Erica Lawler serves as Digital Marketing Director at Harden Communications Partners spearheading the overall direction and success of Online Media and Marketing. Simply put, her approach is simple and based on ROI. Erica focuses on video, social media and fostering stellar relationships—with influencers, speakers and leaders.
Erica is responsible for guiding the association’s overarching digital strategy to ensure seamless integration of digital efforts with overall member communications. She directly managed the web properties, social media, and 10-year anniversary online celebration, including the redesign of hardenpartners.com in 2017 resulting in a more user-friendly and completely responsive website that drove increased traffic and engagement. While at Harden, Erica has introduced and led a number of immensely successful traditional and Social Media campaigns for clients that have resulted in greatly increased client visibility, awareness and a high number of referrals from other clients looking to duplicate that success.
Prior to Harden Partners, Erica was a social media consultant at Twitter and an account director at Sysomos. Erica began her career at Opentable and Forbes.
Erica earned her Bachelor of Arts from Purdue University in May of 2008.
In her spare time, Erica enjoys teaching yoga in San Francisco, hiking in Marin and spending time with her boyfriend, family and dog.
