Situation
MetLife’s Life Advice was developed with respected authorities to create non-commercial, useful advice on more than 85 life events, ranging from financial security planning to caring for the elderly. Harden was engaged to raise awareness of the Life Advice program as a new information resource that was designed to help people better manage the major events in their lives.
Approach
Harden promoted and publicized over 85 Live Advice brochures and promoted and publicized the Consumer Education Center’s Toll-free phone number - leveraging the program as a public service.
Results
We met our goal of generating 50,000 toll-free calls to MetLife’s Consumer Education Center in one year at the height of the program. The program was also featured in major publications, such as The Kansas City Star and Family Circle.
