CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA insurer, is one of the top personal property and casualty insurance groups in the United States. Harden was tasked with elevating the insurer’s transformation from a 100 year-old insurance bastion to a best-in-breed industry benchmark in just five years, with major investments and upgrades in technology, products and service delivery.
Approach
Harden worked directly with CSAA’s executive team to identify the key elements of its transformation and beneficiaries. Harden created a video, narrated by the firm’s CEO, to succinctly convey the makeover and serve as fodder for top-tier business, trade and consumer awareness for this disruption in the way CSAA does business while remaining true to its 100-year heritage.
Results
The combination of our video and availability of CSAA’s executive leadership resulted in outstanding recognition for the insurer’s transformation, garnering praise, press and interviews with The Economist, Reuters, Insurance Journal, National Property & Casualty, etc. Harden further secured thought leadership bylines (esp. for CSAA’s CEO—only one of two females in the industry) in premier media outlets and speaking opportunities at influential trade and business conferences to discuss CSAA’s transformation which, based on all of the highly favorable coverage and acclaim, now serves as a benchmark for other leading insurance firms.
